1. Refund Eligibility
At InterviewHelpAI, we strive to provide excellent service. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing you from using the service
- Service repeatedly not working as described
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Billing errors on our part
2. Refund Timeline
Important: Refund requests must be explicitly made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, absolutely no refunds will be provided, even in the event of technical issues.
- Within 24 hours: Full refund eligible only if no service (AI listening or responses) has been used.
- 1-3 days: Partial refund based strictly on account usage.
- 4-7 days: Case-by-case review, partial refund based on usage.
- After 7 days: strictly NO refunds available under any circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after heavily using the service
- Failure to achieve desired interview outcomes
- User error or misunderstanding of service features
- Internet connectivity problems or slow networks on the user's end
- Device compatibility issues, including the software not being compatible with your specific device, operating system, or not working on a particular platform.
- Detectability or visibility issues (e.g., detection by screen-sharing apps, proctoring software, or anti-cheat systems).
- Violation of our Terms of Service
4. Usage-Based Refunds
How we calculate partial refunds:
We determine your partial refund simply by deducting costs for the credits you have utilized across our plans:
Cost of AI Listening: ₹5 per minute of AI Listening utilized will be deducted from your base amount.
Cost of AI Responses: ₹5 per AI response generated will be deducted from your base amount.
* Tax Note: DodoPayments adds applicable GST/Taxes dynamically at checkout depending on your jurisdiction. Your refund is calculated exclusively from the base plan price (e.g., ₹1999 for Pro or ₹800+ for Plus). Taxes are remitted to the government and excluded from partial refund math.
5. Free Tier Policy & Spam Prevention
Free Tier Evaluation: We provide free credits upon your very first sign-up. We strongly encourage you to use these free credits to test our application's capabilities and ensure it meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
Zero Spam Tolerance: Any attempts to circumvent or bypass our free usage limits by creating multiple spam accounts violates our terms. If multiple accounts are detected, you forfeit your right to any refunds on any subsequent paid purchases.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Your registered email address
- Purchase date
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation
- Review Process: Our team will meticulously review your request within 2-3 business days.
- Decision Communication:We'll email you our final decision with exact deduction math if approved.
- Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through DodoPayments.
7. Refund Methods via DodoPayments
- Refunds are solely processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Bank transfers may take 5-7 business days to reflect.
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days.
- Digital wallets/UPI refunds are usually returned within 1-2 business days.
8. Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation:
- You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time directly from your dashboard.
- Cancellation prevents any future automatic billing cycles from triggering.
- You will retain full access to your plan's limits until the end of your active billing cycle.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

- Contact your bank or payment provider for a chargeback
- Fraudulent Chargebacks: If we detect abuse of the chargeback system, we will immediately and permanently block your account and dispute the chargeback officially using your usage logs.
