InterviewHelpAI offers a free tier with generous usage credits and paid credits and monthly subscriptions (e.g. Plus and Pro). Payments are processed via Razorpay. This policy explains our cancellations, renewals, and strict no-refund policy.
Free Credits & Trial Experience
When you first sign up for InterviewHelpAI, we provide you with free credits that allow you to fully explore and use every feature of our application at no cost. This includes access to all core functionalities such as live transcription, AI-powered responses.
We believe this comprehensive free trial experience gives you ample opportunity to evaluate the application, understand its capabilities, and determine whether it meets your needs before making any purchase decision.
No Refunds Policy
InterviewHelpAI operates a strict NO REFUNDS policy. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances whatsoever.
Because we provide substantial free credits upon signup that allow you to fully test and experience all features of our application before purchasing, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Services through our free tier and agree to this no-refund policy.
This policy applies to all situations including but not limited to:
- Technical issues, bugs, or software malfunctions
- Compatibility issues with your device or operating system
- Detection by screen-sharing or proctoring software
- Slowness or delays in AI response generation
- Network-related issues or connectivity problems
- Dissatisfaction with the Services for any reason
- Changes in personal circumstances or needs
- Accidental purchases or billing errors
- Any other reason or circumstance whatsoever
For any technical issues or problems you encounter, we offer email support to help troubleshoot and resolve issues to the best of our ability. However, technical support does not include or guarantee refunds.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
- No partial or pro‑rated refunds are issued for the remaining days of a paid billing period.
- Cancellation stops future renewals only; it does not entitle you to any refund for the current or past billing periods.

Support for Issues
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to providing email support to all users—both free and paid. If you encounter any technical issues, bugs, or problems while using our Services, please contact us at interviewhelpai@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Your operating system (Windows/macOS) and app version
- A detailed description of the issue
- A short screen recording if possible (helps us resolve issues faster)
Our support team will do our best to assist you in resolving technical issues. However, please note that support does not include refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind.
Razorpay
We use Razorpay for subscription billing. Razorpay may request a phone number for transactional notifications and stores payment details required to process your subscription. We do not store your phone number in our database. Razorpay's own terms and conditions apply to payment processing.
Chargebacks & Abuse
If we detect abuse of payment processes, fraudulent chargebacks, or any attempts to circumvent our no-refund policy, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services, ban your account permanently, and decline all future purchases. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.
Account Deletion
If you delete your account from the desktop app, the deletion is immediate and irreversible. Any active subscription will be cancelled and removed from our systems as part of the deletion process. No refunds are issued for user‑initiated account deletions under any circumstances.
Important: When you delete your account, your data is deleted only from our database. Third-party services we use (such as Razorpay for payments, Google Analytics for web analytics, PostHog for desktop app analytics, Firebase for authentication, and others) may retain your data according to their own data retention policies. We are not responsible for data persisted by these external services after account deletion. Their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies apply.
Third-Party Services
Our Services integrate with various third-party providers including but not limited to: Google, OpenAI, Deepgram, AssemblyAI, Firebase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Razorpay, Google Analytics, and PostHog. By using our Services and making purchases, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these external service providers. We are not responsible for any actions, data handling, or issues arising from these third-party services.
