InterviewHelpAI offers a free tier with usage limits and paid monthly subscriptions (e.g., Plus and Pro). Payments are processed via Razorpay. This policy explains cancellations, renewals, and refunds.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
- No partial or pro‑rated refunds are issued for the remaining days of a paid billing period.

24‑Hour Refund Window
We provide a 24‑hour refund policy from the time of your initial subscription payment if the software does not work on your computer and you can provide video evidence of the issue.
Eligible scenario
- Critical malfunction preventing use on your machine.
Not eligible
- Detection by screen‑sharing or proctoring software.
- Slowness or delays in AI response generation.
- Network‑related issues outside our control.
How to request a refund
- Email us at interviewhelpai@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.
- Include purchase details (email, plan, time of payment).
- Explain the issue and attach a short screen‑recording showing the problem.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (processing times may vary by bank/payment provider).
Razorpay
We use Razorpay for subscription billing. Razorpay may request a phone number for transactional notifications and stores payment details required to process your subscription. We do not store your phone number in our database.
Chargebacks & Abuse
If we detect abuse of the refund process or fraudulent activity, we may suspend or terminate access to the Services and decline future purchases.

Account Deletion
If you delete your account from the desktop app, the deletion is immediate and irreversible. Any active subscription will be cancelled and removed from our systems as part of the deletion process. No refunds are issued for user‑initiated account deletions.
