Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account data: Email and display name via Firebase Authentication.
• Support messages: Content you send to our support email.

Automatically collected

• Device/log data: IP, device identifiers, OS, app version, timestamps.
• Desktop app device info: Device ID, name, OS for security and analytics.
• Web analytics via Google Analytics.

Payments

Razorpay handles payments. We don't store your phone number in our database.

Transcription & AI

Audio is streamed for real-time processing via Deepgram, AssemblyAI, and Google Gemini Live. We don't persist transcripts or AI outputs.

Analytics & User Tracking

We use PostHog (desktop app) and Google Analytics (web) for analytics to improve our Services.

Analytics may collect:

Data Retention & Security

We retain data as needed for Services and legal compliance. Transcripts and AI outputs are not stored server-side. We use reasonable security measures but no system is 100% secure.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from the desktop app. Deletion removes data from our database only.

• Active subscriptions are cancelled. No refunds for user-initiated deletions.
• Some data may remain in backups temporarily.
• Razorpay retains its own transaction records.

Important: Third-Party Data Persistence: When you delete your account, data is removed from our database only. Third-party services (PostHog, Google Analytics, Firebase, Razorpay, etc.) may retain data according to their policies. We are not responsible for data persisted by these services. Contact them directly for data removal.

Your Rights

International Transfers

Data may be transferred internationally through our infrastructure and vendors.

Children

Services are not for individuals under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
